Nventure is pleased to announce three summer intern opportunities in Cobourg. These roles are designed to give students and recent graduates hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, innovation and community economic development, while contributing to projects that support businesses both at the regional and national level.
This summer, Nventure is hiring for:
Social Media Coordinator (Summer Intern)
Support digital communications across initiatives including StrikeUP Canada, DELIA, Community Futures Program and the V13 Policetech Accelerator. Assistant Financial Analyst (Summer Intern)
Work as a financial analyst with Nventure. This position provides experience in entrepreneurial finance, strategic fund analysis, portfolio management, loan administration program metrics and reporting. Youth Development Coordinator (Summer Intern)
Support youth-focused programming and community initiatives, including the Pitch to the Chief™ - Youth Edition summer program in partnership with the V13 Policetech Accelerator. This role involves working directly with finalist teams to support project development, coordinate mentorship and training, and help bring community pilot projects to life. All positions are full-time, short-term placements (approximately 8 weeks) supported by the Government of Canada’s Summer Jobs Program, which helps young people gain meaningful work experience while supporting local organizations.
